vacation running

just got back from vacation yesterday! i didn't bring my laptop, so i couldn't post updates. however, i did manage to run a few times in between beach visits ;)

i've worked up to running 10 minutes straight, walk for 90 seconds, run for another 10 minutes. i'm going to try to extend the first 10 minutes into 12 minutes next time i think, and maybe extend the walking portion a little too to give myself a little more rest. i know that it's not following couch to 5k, but if i'm doing more than that, and i feel good doing it- then why not?
